Shipping Policy

Shiva Organic commits to dispatching orders within the timelines specified for each product category below, following the confirmation of the order and receipt of full payment:

Honey, Flours, Ghee, Millets: Dispatch within 5 (Five) business days of order confirmation.
Spices: Dispatch within 6 (Six) business days of order confirmation.

The estimated delivery period within India may extend up to30 (Thirty) business days, depending on the logistical circumstances and the location of delivery. Once the Goods are dispatched, Shiva Organic shall no longer bear responsibility for any delay in delivery, as such delays shall be attributable to the logistics partner. In the event of multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, whereby the Goods are returned to our warehouse, Shiva Organic will arrange for 1 (One) reshipment without additional cost to the customer.

In the event that the Goods are lost or damaged during transit, Shiva Organic will offer a replacement, provided the customer follows the claims procedure. Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be made in accordance with the procedure set forth in our Refund Policy, which includes submitting an unboxing video and photographic evidence.
