I've been without this since Foods Alive discontinued it. Luckily through researching I found Shiva Organics. They are responsive to email questions, surprisingly efficient shipping to the US (was 13 business days, not over 20 as I expected), and item even seemed vacuum sealed. These are very fresh and excellent quality. I mix them into steel cut oats with chia seeds and pomegranate arils—they add the crunchy texture and are a good fiber source.

I give this to my kids for treats and i eat it myself for pre workout meals. This is such a good option foe enrgy boost and also treat kids with healthy treats.
